My addition for your thought and improvement

Any entity claiming legal jurisdiction to “criminally investigate” anyone; shall be subject to rigorous cross examination and full transparency.
If the investigating entity is not submissive, or is found to be involved in immoral or possible criminal activity; such investigating entity shall be stopped immediately and subjected to a transparent and public prosecution.
While the investigating entity may be considered innocent until proven guilty; such entity shall bear the full costs of public prosecution (not reimbursable unless proven innocent). In any case, no investigated human individual shall be liable for any costs of such protective prosecution whatsoever.
